Shipping & Returns


We offer a number of ways to get your selections to you. At checkout you will be presented with an option for Federal Express, United Parcel Service or the U.S. Mail.

Rates for each service are quoted at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of the date the item was shipped.

In addition, custom designed for you products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products.

Returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation and interior packaging.

Please use caution returning jewelry items (gemstones, diamonds and pearls) via the United States Postal Service.

There is the possibility that your shipment may be subject to irradiation which may cause damage to the jewelry.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Here is the simple process for returning an item to

1.Repack the product in its original packaging materials. 

2. In the case of diamonds, enclose the original copy of the matching or identifying certificates. 

3. Affix a shipping label to the package with your return address and addressed to;

Do not include any other markings or text on the package.

Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Postal Service, or Federal Express to the address listed above.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, will pay the return-shipping costs. In no event will be responsible for return-shipping losses. will not accept any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

It takes us approximately five days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
